One Vision, One Success – Sovannaphum Life Insurance Company kicked off the third quarter with an annual trip and townhall gathering from all departments
Preah Sihanouk Province, July 12–13th, 2025 –Sovannaphumi Life Assurance organized its 3rd quarter of 2025 with Staff Annual Trip Retreat and Staff Townhall, participant around 120 employee from all departments. The program featured: Townhall Meeting, Team-building activities, A celebratory gala dinner to honor the results achieved in the 1st and 2nd quarters, along with commendation certificates to 40 outstanding employees of 2024. The main purpose of this gathering and annual retreat was to strengthen relationships and create enjoyable moments together, under the theme “One Vision – One Success.” It aimed to foster collaboration for future success in the remaining half of 2025.
As part of the Staff Annual Trip Retreat and Staff Townhall a meaningful celebration of the accomplishments from Q1 and Q2 —management from every department shared their results and clearly defined goals to be achieved. Mr. Loke Kang Meng, the CEO of Sovannaphumi Life Insurance, delivered a significant message:

It reflects the successes we’ve achieved so far, which stem from our joint efforts, our clear direction, and our collective commitment.
