1. Bancassurance Executive មន្ត្រី Bancassurance - 10 Posts (Phnom Penh, Takeo)

Roles and Responsibilities

• To build cordial working relation with bank staff at all levels.
• To work with staff of bank partners to identify potential banking customers with financial protection needs.
• To provide professional insurance advice to customers of our bank partners.
• To provide after sales service to the successful cases.
• Coordinate work between the bank and the company if any.
• Advice and coach sales techniques to bank’s employees at the assigned branches.
• To be involved in activities of the bank partners, including joining the bank meeting, visiting to bank customers…etc.
• To perform other tasks assigned.

Position Requirement

• 1-2 years sales related experience.
• Fresh graduated and/or the fourth year students with outgoing personality are also encouraged to apply.
• Understand the basic of Computer literacy
• Be able to communicate in English will be added advantage.
• Be able to communicate, present and interact with others.
• Highly self-motivation and strong commitment to work in sales role.

2. Executive, Actuary/Product មន្ត្រីជំនាញគណនាហានិភ័យធានារ៉ាប់រង  និង​ផលិតផល- 02 Posts (Phnom Penh)

Roles and Responsibilities

•  Use mathematical modeling techniques and statistical concepts to determine probability to price Life and General insurance products;
•  Calculate of monthly insurance reserve  to ensure payment of future benefits (excel spreadsheet);
•  Monitor the actual claim experience to ensure that the company’s pricing assumptions are correct
•  monitor on insurance market and product trend in Cambodia
•  Prepare any necessary Actuarial reports
•  Prepare all product documents for filing to the Ministry of Finance e.g. technical note, pricing assumptions

Position Requirement

•  Graduated bachelor or master degree from the top university in Cambodia or oversea graduation in numerate degree such as statistics, economics, mathematics or engineering
•  Ranked as top 10% in class for bachelor’s or master’s degree and had a good record of academic achievement, including grade B (or above) in mathematics or statistics subjects
•  Fluency in written and spoken English and local language
•  Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel
•  Negotiating skills
•  Ability to work as part of a team

3. Executive, New Business មន្ត្រីធុរកិច្ចថ្មី- 02 Posts (Phnom Penh)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of all new applications submitted by sales force
• Check and verify medical checkup requirement within the guideline/policy
• Perform all transactions in the system such as: withdrawn, postpone, decline…… based on customer’s request or underwriting decision
• One policy is approved, prepare insurance contract and work with appointed courier to deliver policy to the customer
• Perform insurance documents filing and scanning without any loss with proper record keeping and tracking
• Prepare refund list and supporting document to Finance when customers request to cancel application/policy
• Handle other tasks assigned by manager.

Position Requirement

• Bachelor degree of business administration or related fields

• 1- 2 year experiences in life insurance business or financial industry
•  Able to work with multi-task environment
• Good command of English language
• Computer proficient
• Detail-oriented, energetic, and hard working

4. Executive, IT Application Development មន្រ្តីផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បច្ចេកវិទ្យា​និង សម្របសម្រួល- 01 Post

(Phnom Penh)

 Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance on daily SQL reports job run.

• Work with sale support team and finance team to provide technical fix for some reports.
• Development the window, the web application and mobile app
• Support the enterprise system such SAP/CAPSIL/Vsmart
• Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
• Identifies opportunity to improve efficiency of business process
• Adapt with company environment and quick learn the new technologies.
• Implement low to medium complexity system enhancement to meet business requirements following best practice.
• Develop project/system change following technical specification or design and architecture provided by technical lead.
• Conduct local in-house application deployment
• Work with infrastructure team to conduct system promotion and deployment.
• Other technical tasks will be assigned by manager.
• Understand technical design and implementation of vendor's solution.
•  Responsible as first line support for issue and technical issue escalation to vendor for support.

Position Requirement

• Degree in computer science, engineering or related fields

• At least 1 years’ experience in programming languages and in user’s application development tools such as ASP.Net, Java with Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, Java Script.
• Experienced in working with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cloud DB
• In-depth understands the software development life cycle (SDLC), Waterfall and Agile (DevOps or Scrum)
• Practical knowledge and experience the system integration (BTB)

5. Senior Executive, Claim   មន្រ្តីជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកទូទាត់សំណង- 01 Post (Phnom Penh)

  Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive and verify claim documents and enter data into the System, and ensure that proper claim filing procedures is followed

• Ensure quality claim services by responding to customers’ inquiries and resolving their complaint
• Ensure effective communication with sale team, claimant, and other related parties, such as hospital, doctor, bank partners, local authority, witness, etc. to gather complete information needed to get the optimum claim results with efficient turnaround time
• Examine and assess claim by reviewing insured’s insurance policy, medical documentations, credit document, and other additional information collected from outside sources, including claimant, hospital, doctor, bank partners, local authority, insured’s employer, other insurance companies, etc.
• Initiating or conducting on-site and off-site investigation of questionable claims
• Confer and consult reinsurers for claim assessment and payment as set out in reinsurance treaty and guideline
• Confer with legal compliance and other related departments, and in some cases outside legal counsel for claim process and litigation
• Ensure that all claim assessment and claim payment are in compliant with policies terms and conditions, Company’s policies and procedures as well as applicable law and regulations.
• Verify claim payment amount, prepare claim payment request and ensure timely disbursement of claim payment to claimant
• Draft claim decision documents (acceptance, rejection, and others) and make recommendation with justifiable reasons for Management’s decision and approval
• Maintain claim file and record, prepare claim reports and other claim administrative process.
• Review and recommend changes to claims process, guideline, and any related document/form
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Position Requirement

• Medical Doctor or Bachelor degree in law or related fields

• Minimum 1 year experience in claim in life or general insurance, and/or underwriting in life insurance
• Knowledgeable in medical terminologyand able to analyze and interpret medical history
• Sound judgment, analytical and good problem solving skill, sale and customer service-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and work independently and as part of a team with all levels of employees.
• Initiative with a high sense of responsibility

1. Executive, Customer Service មន្ត្រីផ្នែកទំនាក់ទំនងអតិថិជន   - 01 Post (Phnom Penh)

  Roles and Responsibilities

• Answering customer’s inquiries related to life insurance products, policy, premium payment, claim request… (Training course on products and policy terms and conditions will be provided prior to job execution).

• Responding to and resolving customer complaints or escalating them to line manager or appropriate department for solution.
• Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules and follow up on premium payment
• Coordinate with sale team in providing policy owner service, reinstatement of policy, policy cancellation, surrender…, and communicating any changes in policy to customers
• Providing welcome call to customers who take up new policies
• Prepare customer service and complaint reports and database.
• Maintain strong and trusting clientele relationship with customers and providing other necessary assistance and support to customers and sale team.
• Welcome visiting customers and provide them with necessary assistance.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by line manager.
• Position Requirement
• Bachelor Degree in Communication, Psychology, Management or related field.

1. Senior Executive, Training មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកបណ្តុះបណ្តាល- 01 Post (Phnom Penh)

  Roles and Responsibilities

• Train standard course, for test (pre & post-test), and for license renewal test to employees

• Develop training courses and materials such as manual, training documents/handouts, sales pitch with the Bancassurance Training Salesand Training Strategy Team (if any),
• Coordinate with various parties to arrange trainings according to the plan
• guidelines and orders regarding sales training to develop training courses and presentations
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to support trainings such as training location booking, preparing documents.
• Record and keep track of training history and evaluations for KPI and training development
• Record training information in the database.

Position Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or higher, graduates with Education, Finance, Business, Economics, or Marketing will have an advantage

1. Graphic Designer មន្រ្តីផ្នែករចនា- 01 Post (Phnom Penh)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Schedule projects
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the color theory (appropriate colors) and layouts for each graphic
• Work with team to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Deputize for the team, where necessary
• Work in coordination with other units/departments on specific requirement for marketing and branding needed, and/or as instructed by line manager.

Position Requirement
